If you've never been before it is usually right before Halloween in Key West, FL, a celebration of freaky & fun!

I'll give a time slot of when I think I might be passing by to WAVE - Maybe FLASH!!! ha!! Not to get arrested but this is a carefree time that the city is pretty laxed as long as you stay where the event is, if going to be scantidly clad - use band aids if have to, cover them nips & of course a slit cover too! ;)
